Running a business above our art gallery at 30 Museum Street gives you the best of both worlds - a professional workspace with cultural inspiration right downstairs. We've been here since 1987, and when the upper floors became available, we knew they'd make perfect offices for the right tenants. The first three floors above Abbott and Holder have been completely refurbished into bright, modern workspaces. You can rent the entire office area or take individual floors as separate suites - whatever suits your team size. The French Renaissance architecture means you get those wonderful high ceilings and large windows that flood each floor with natural light throughout the day. Working here puts you right across from the British Museum, which makes client meetings particularly impressive. The building's period features have been carefully preserved, so while your workspace is thoroughly modern, you're surrounded by original architectural details that you just don't find in typical office buildings. Our gallery downstairs specializes in British art from 1750 to 1950, with pieces ranging from £100 to £5,000. We publish monthly lists introducing around 100 new works and host regular artist exhibitions. Some tenants pop down during lunch breaks to browse - it's quite different from having a sandwich at your desk. The location couldn't be more convenient. Tottenham Court Road and Holborn stations are both five minutes away on foot, and you're in the heart of Bloomsbury with all its cafes, restaurants and shops. We're open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, so there's always activity in the building during standard working hours.
