We run WorkPad: 46 Bedford Row as a self-contained business hub across four floors, with each suite designed to feel like your company's own headquarters rather than just another serviced office. The building tells its own story through preserved architectural details - cornicing in the meeting rooms, restored fireplaces that now house modern heating systems, and a basement that we've converted into bike storage and shower facilities. Our communal outdoor terrace sits between the second and third floors, where tenants often take calls or hold informal meetings when the weather cooperates. We handle everything through our all-inclusive contracts: business rates, utilities, IT support, and daily cleaning are all covered in one monthly payment. Each suite has its own dedicated fiber internet connection (not shared bandwidth), and we keep an in-house maintenance team on-site during business hours.
