The old Barratt & Co building has quite a story to tell - we've transformed what was once the world's largest sugar confectionery manufacturer into The Chocolate Factory workspace here in Wood Green. Every day, teams settle into our offices, studios and workshops where the original exposed brick walls and wooden floors remind everyone of the building's sweet-making past. We've kept the character of the original factory while adding everything modern businesses need. Our two meeting rooms, Nut and Fruit, each seat eight people comfortably and come with all the high-spec equipment you'd expect, plus air conditioning for those longer sessions. The reception team greets everyone who comes through our doors, and we've got practical touches like showers for cyclists, parking spaces, and secure cycle racks. Namu Namu, our on-site café, keeps everyone fueled throughout the day - it's become a natural meeting spot where different companies mix over coffee. We run a full program of events too, from wellness workshops to yoga classes, which helps build connections between all the businesses here. Getting to us couldn't be easier - Wood Green station puts you on the Piccadilly line straight into central London, and Alexandra Palace station offers overground options.
