Central Research Laboratory in Hayes brings together makers, innovators, and forward-thinking teams under one roof. We've created a space where you can prototype in our heavy workshop one day and host a hackathon for 100 people the next. Our members range from solo entrepreneurs working at hot desks to established teams in private offices for up to 20 people. Whether you need a dedicated desk from £200 + VAT per month or just want to drop in with a day pass for £25 + VAT, we offer flexible arrangements that grow with your business. Private offices start from £600 + VAT monthly, complete with desks, chairs, and storage. The real magic happens in our specialist facilities. Our electronics workshop houses multiple 3D printers and full production testing equipment. Need to work on something bigger? The heavy workshop handles high-precision engineering in metal, plastic, or wood. We even have a built-in photo studio specifically set up for product photography. For meetings and events, we accommodate everything from 5-person brainstorming sessions to 100-person hackathons, starting from £200. Each space comes equipped with AV technology, and you'll have access to our fully equipped kitchen for catering needs. Our on-site café keeps everyone fueled throughout the day. Daily perks include high-speed WiFi, complimentary printing, free secure parking, and bicycle storage. We're easily accessible via public transport, including the new Elizabeth Line.
