Our office building at 111 Seven Sisters Road brings together work and wellness in a way that actually makes sense for your daily routine. We built this space specifically for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small teams who need more than just a desk and Wi-Fi. The workspace itself holds up to 100 people across our open-plan floor, with ergonomic seating and on-desk monitors at every station. Four phone booths give you privacy for important calls, while our various lounge areas and breakout spaces mean you can switch between focused work and collaborative sessions throughout the day. We've equipped our meeting rooms with 57-inch flat-screen TVs for presentations, and yes, we have ultrafast Wi-Fi that actually works when everyone's online at once. What makes Work + Play different is our on-site studio space. We run yoga, Pilates, and strength training classes right here in the building - you can literally go from spreadsheets to sun salutations without leaving. Our members particularly love the body pump sessions and, believe it or not, puppy yoga classes. The large windows throughout the space flood everything with natural light, and we've filled the place with plants because staring at screens all day gets old. Daily perks include house-brewed tea and coffee whenever you need it, plus free drinks every Friday night where our community actually hangs out and connects. We provide showers and changing rooms for post-workout or cycling commuters, secure bike storage, printing services, and a fully equipped kitchen. Pets are welcome, we have disabled access throughout, and our reception handles your mail and packages. Getting here takes five minutes from Finsbury Park Tube and Rail stations.
