The old Edwardian building at 133a Rye Lane has been our home since we transformed it in 2015, and we've watched countless businesses grow within these walls. Market Peckham spans seven floors, each with its own character - from the basement where Peckham Audio fills the space with carefully selected bands and club nights, to our rooftop where Forza Wine serves antipasti alongside 360-degree views of London. We offer three floors dedicated to workspaces. You'll find hot desks for those who like flexibility, fixed desks for regular commuters, and private studios ranging from 4 to 20 desks for growing teams. Our coworking areas buzz with freelancers and small businesses who've chosen to work differently in their local neighbourhood. The shared kitchen on each workspace floor means proper coffee breaks, while our living room provides a quiet corner when you need to step away from your screen. Day-to-day, we keep things running smoothly with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, printing services when you need them, secure bike storage for cyclists, and showers for those who run or ride to work. Our meeting rooms work for everything from client presentations to team workshops. What makes Market Peckham special is how work blends with everything else. We built this space after extensive consultation with local businesses and residents, creating somewhere that serves our community while giving independents and small companies a proper base to work from.
