The Old Bank on New Church Road has been our home since we transformed this former NatWest branch into workspace for growing businesses. The original banking hall now houses private offices for teams ranging from 2 to 16 people, and we've kept the best bits of the old bank while making sure everything actually works for modern businesses. Our gigabit internet runs at 1024 Mb/s both up and down – we installed it ourselves because waiting for downloads is nobody's idea of productivity. The electronic post system sends you a notification when parcels arrive, and our video intercom connects straight to your phone so you never miss a delivery. We're right between Portslade and Fishersgate stations, with Boundary Road's shops and cafes just around the corner for lunch runs and after-work drinks. Every office comes with its own secure 24/7 access, and we handle all the boring stuff in our all-inclusive packages – WiFi, heating, electricity, business rates, even the cleaning. The communal meeting rooms get plenty of natural light through the original bank windows, and the shared kitchen has proper coffee machines because instant just doesn't cut it. We've made sure the whole building has disabled access, including the main entrance and facilities. Small and medium-sized businesses tend to stay with us because the space works without any fuss. Those 50cm-thick vault doors aren't just for show – they remind us daily that this building was made to last, just like the businesses we host here at The Old Bank.
