Our coworking office sits on the floor above one of South London's most respected recording studios, where artists like Alt-J and Lianne La Havas have crafted their sound. This unique setting means you're working alongside Grammy-nominated producers, podcast creators, videographers, and film producers who share our collaborative spirit. We've designed our office space for professionals who thrive in creative environments. Four desk spaces are currently available, each equipped with an ergonomic office chair and access to our BT Business Broadband (20 MB+). The shared workspace includes a printer, and we've recently installed a shower room for those who cycle in or need to freshen up before evening meetings. Our communal areas encourage the kind of spontaneous conversations that lead to new projects. The fully stocked kitchen becomes a natural meeting point throughout the day, while our games room offers a proper break when you need to step away from your screen. The large communal table works perfectly for team meetings or collaborative sessions with clients. Most of our current residents work part-time schedules, creating a dynamic environment where the office energy shifts throughout the week. The recording studio downstairs adds another dimension – you might hear the muffled sounds of a session in progress or catch musicians grabbing coffee between takes. Getting here couldn't be easier. We're under 10 minutes' walk from Brixton Tube station, with its Victoria line connection straight into central London. Clapham Common Station is a 15-minute stroll away, offering additional Overground options.
