We transformed our 1970s building into something special – 153,000 square feet across 11 floors where tech companies and creative teams actually want to work. Thirdway Pulse at 160 Old Street sits right in the heart of Tech City, just a three-minute walk from Old Street Station. The renovation wrapped up in April 2018, and we're pretty proud of what emerged. The old concrete facade gave way to brick and glass cladding, and our new entrance on Bunhill Row opens into a proper reception area where our team greets everyone who walks through. We designed the whole place around how modern businesses actually work – with collegiate spaces spread throughout where teams can collaborate, bump into each other, and share ideas. Our ground floor brings energy to the whole building with 6,676 square feet of restaurant and retail space. Head upstairs and you'll find everything a growing business needs: meeting rooms for client presentations, breakout areas where teams can huddle away from their desks, and fully equipped kitchens on each floor. We know tech teams often work odd hours, so we offer 24/7 access with secure entry systems. The practical stuff matters too.
