We built Purpose: Tottenham Hale from the bones of what used to be a document storage facility - The Archives building at 1 Fountayne Rd, London N15 4QL. Those original concrete columns still stand proud, reaching up to our 4.5 meter high ceilings, while daylight pours through the windows we added to transform this once-forgotten space. Our studios range from 220 square feet upward, working equally well for solo entrepreneurs at a single desk or growing teams who need room to spread out. We've kept the industrial character intact - the raw concrete speaks for itself - while making sure everything functions for modern work. Some clients move straight into the blank canvas spaces, others prefer our part-furnished options, and we've created bespoke fit-outs for businesses with specific needs. The ground floor doubles as our event venue, where we host everything from art exhibitions to theatre performances in a space that holds up to 1,600 people. During quieter daytime hours, this same area operates as our café and bar - perfect for those informal client meetings or when you need a change of scenery from your studio. We've installed high-speed broadband throughout, staff our reception during business hours, and made sure the whole building is DDA compliant. Artists work alongside tech startups here, small creative agencies share corridors with established businesses. We've added practical touches like bike storage, showers, and break-out meeting spaces. Our rooftop food hall and bar offers views across the Wetlands and London skyline - a proper spot to decompress after work. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're two minutes from Tottenham Hale station, which puts you 12 minutes from Kings Cross, 15 from Oxford Circus, or 11 from Liverpool Street. The Victoria line and National Rail services connect you to practically anywhere in London, plus there's direct access to Stansted Airport.
