Working from the Stephen Lawrence Centre means joining a community of architects, designers and creative professionals who genuinely support each other's growth. We've built Your Space at 39 Brookmill Road as more than just another co-working facility - it's where emerging talent finds the resources and connections they need to thrive. Our building spans two floors with options ranging from intimate 2-3 desk private offices to larger spaces that can accommodate growing teams. We know flexibility matters, so alongside our private offices, we offer both hot desking for those who prefer variety and fixed desks for people who like having their own dedicated spot. The Forum and Drawing Room have become favorite spots for our members to host networking events, team away days, and project launches - both spaces together can welcome up to 60 guests comfortably. What really sets us apart is our private terrace overlooking Brookmill Park. Members often take their coffee breaks here, enjoying views across the city while getting some fresh air. Our communal kitchens stay stocked with free tea and coffee, and we've maintained our Covid-safe cleaning protocols because we know health and safety remain priorities for everyone. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're literally a three-minute walk from St John's train station (198 meters) and four minutes from Elverson Road DLR (220 meters). Deptford High Street is right around the corner with plenty of lunch options, from quick grab-and-go spots to sit-down restaurants. We've equipped every space with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and secure access systems. The entire building is fully accessible with lift access to all floors and disabled toilet facilities. Every pound generated through our office rentals goes directly back into supporting the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust's vital work in the community.
