At Regus Edinburgh Princes Street, we occupy six floors at 83 Princes Street, right in the commercial heart of Scotland's capital. From our windows, you'll work with views across Princes Street Gardens to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle - proper Edinburgh scenery that never gets old. We've designed our workspace to suit different business needs. Our private offices come fully furnished and ready to move into, while our coworking areas give you flexibility when you need a change of scene or want to work alongside other professionals. For meetings and presentations, we have four dedicated rooms: the Rose Suite fits 4 people comfortably for those smaller discussions, The Mound works well for 6-person team meetings, The Frederic Suite accommodates up to 24 for larger workshops, and when you need maximum capacity, The Frederic & Hanover Suite handles groups of 20. Every floor has air conditioning to keep things comfortable year-round, and we've made sure the building is fully accessible with disabled access throughout. For those cycling in or coming straight from the gym, we have shower facilities available. And yes, we know city centre parking can be a nightmare - that's why we have our own on-site car park. Getting here couldn't be easier. Waverley train station is just a few minutes' walk away, and you've got tram stops and bus routes practically on the doorstep. Whether you're running a business from one of our offices, dropping in for coworking, or booking a room for conferences and workshops, you'll find everything's set up to help you get on with work.
