We're right on the south side of Old Street in Bunhill, EC1V 9BG, which puts you in the heart of London's tech district. Our approach is different because we handle everything through one monthly fee. That covers your rent, the entire fit-out process, daily cleaning, IT support, and health and safety management. We've found this works better than the traditional model where you're juggling multiple contracts and suppliers. The Kitt App becomes your office control centre once you're in. Your team uses it to manage building access, book meeting rooms, and handle day-to-day services. We maintain kitchen facilities on each floor, provide bike racks and showers for cyclists, and ensure 24/7 access so your team can work on their schedule. We offer flexible terms starting from 12 months, though we currently have second-floor space available on an 18-month term until July 2024. Longer arrangements of 36+ months are also possible. The space comes furnished, includes all utilities, provides a proper mailing and trading address, and has full disabled access throughout.
