Our five-storey building at 77 Bastwick Street has been home to growing businesses since we opened our doors in Clerkenwell. We've kept the best of the original 1960s architecture while completely modernizing the workspace – the new oak raised flooring throughout creates a warm, professional atmosphere that our teams really appreciate. At Needspace?, we understand that businesses need flexibility. That's why we offer fully furnished office spaces that accommodate teams of 41 to 65 people, with contracts starting at just three months before moving to monthly terms. We promise no licence fee increases during your first year with us, so you can budget with confidence.
