Barbican underground station and the new Elizabeth Line at Farringdon are a two-minute walk away. Local amenities are excellent being adjacent to the Barbican Centre and Charterhouse Square Visitors are welcomed via a manned reception set against the backdrop of a stunning garden. The lower ground floor has windows to one side and skylights allowing plenty of daylight in, with high ceilings and an attractive glazed meeting room. Ground floor desks are coming available in October. The building is managed in house and occupiers benefit from a range of facilities including furniture, utilities, kitchen, common areas, outdoor space, meetings rooms, shower room, high speed wifi, and concierge. There is no restriction on meeting room hours booked, though all meetings need to be booked ahead via our concierge. Health and safety measures: Hand sanitiser, sanitising sprays with paper towelling will be conveniently located throughout common spaces and bathrooms for all members. Seating at desks will be appropriately distanced to respect social distancing. The offices will be cleaned daily. Meeting rooms will have decreased capacity, removed chairs, and identified ‘safe to occupy' seats where applicable. Desks can be booked daily, weekly, or monthly.
