Our offices are in an ideal location for external trainings, meetings or conferences, located just a 5 minute walk from both New Street and Snow Hill train stations, with options for parking nearby. Our offices are bright and airy, based in a beautiful listed building.

The Institute owns and runs an extensive Grade II*- listed building, with a number of rooms and theatres available for hire. By hiring a room in our building, you are also contributing to the BMI's charitable aims; revenue raised from room hire contributes to our cultural programme. Nettl of Birmingham Business Store is located in the city centre, close to Snow Hill station and New Street station. Our purpose built meeting space is available to hire by the hour, half day or full day. The price includes complimentary hot drinks. Catering and other services available on request.

The Boardroom and Classroom are located in the heart of the city, making it close to Birmingham New Street Station and its city centre. This room can seat 10 people in a boardroom layout which makes it suitable for small meetings. Unfortunately the room space for hire is first floor with only stairs access; no lift. Refreshments can be provided at additional cost.
