Six floors of a Neo-Baroque mansion make up our home at 1 Warwick, right in the heart of Soho. We've taken inspiration from Maslow's theory of motivation to create spaces that genuinely support both productivity and relaxation - something our members tell us they appreciate every day. Our meeting rooms work brilliantly for corporate gatherings, with state-of-the-art tech and flexible layouts that adapt to your needs. The Library can host up to 80 guests for larger receptions, while our smaller spaces create the perfect atmosphere for board meetings or creative workshops. We find teams particularly enjoy breaking out onto our wraparound rooftop terrace between sessions, where Yasmin serves Middle Eastern-inspired dishes with views across central London. For evening events, the whole building transforms beautifully. Product launches often start with cocktails in our members' lounges before moving to the studio for presentations. Private dining works wonderfully in our various spaces, with Tom Cenci's kitchen team creating bespoke menus. Down on the ground floor, Nessa offers modern British cuisine that's become a talking point at many networking events. We've worked with boutique design firm Fettle to ensure the original architectural features shine through - the ornate ceilings and period details create quite an impact when combined with our contemporary furnishings. Our cultural program adds another dimension, with regular talks, DJ sets and masterclasses that many clients incorporate into their events. The gym and studio spaces offer interesting options too - we've hosted everything from wellness workshops to creative brainstorming sessions here. Being moments from Piccadilly Circus tube station means your guests can easily reach us, while our position in Soho puts you at the center of London's creative energy.
