Our historic timber-framed building on Bridge Street houses more than just a coffee shop – we've created a dedicated meeting space within 200 Degrees Coffee Shop that brings something genuinely different to Chester's corporate scene. The room itself sits at the heart of our busy café, where the aroma of freshly roasted coffee and the gentle hum of conversation create an energizing backdrop for your meetings. We've designed this space to work perfectly for groups up to 12 seated or 16 standing, with all the tech you need for presentations and workshops. The room features our signature blend of exposed timber beams and contemporary furnishings, including that original fireplace that always gets people talking. Natural light floods in through the period windows, and yes, the free Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the building. What makes our meeting room particularly special is its dual purpose as our barista school. We run coffee courses here ranging from basic home brewing techniques to professional-level barista training. This means you can book the space for a regular meeting, or combine it with a team barista experience – we've found people remember the latte art session far longer than they remember trust falls. Our instructors are the same team who serve in the café daily, so they know their stuff. When you book with us, we handle all the catering from our kitchen – proper deli ciabattas, fresh soups, homemade cakes, and of course, unlimited coffee from beans we roast ourselves. We've got plenty of vegan and gluten-free options too. The room books by the hour, half-day or full day, and our team sorts everything from room setup to clearing away, leaving you to focus on your agenda.
