Our cobbled courtyard sets the tone as you arrive at 3 Mills Studios, where we've been hosting productions and events on this East London island for over two decades. The old mill buildings house nine filming stages, from our compact 3,200 square foot spaces to our largest 13,500 square foot stage, alongside ten rehearsal rooms that buzz with activity most days of the week. We've carved out 75,000 square feet of filming space here, supported by more than 170 production offices, costume departments, prop stores, and workshops. Our makeup and dressing rooms fill quickly when major productions roll in. The period exteriors—those cobbled streets and historic facades—have doubled for everything from Victorian London to wartime Britain. For meetings and industry events, we open up our 62-seat screening room, where production teams preview their latest work and creative agencies host presentations. The room's equipped for both film screenings and corporate presentations, with proper projection and sound that does justice to any content. Our on-site café transforms into an event space too, where wrap parties spill out into the courtyard and networking events draw the East London creative crowd. Getting here takes about 30 minutes from central London, with Bromley-by-Bow station just a short walk away. We're tucked between the River Lea and Three Mills Wall River, which gives the whole site an unexpected calm despite being so close to the city.
