Three AA Rosettes line the entrance to Adam's Restaurant, a quiet reminder of what we've built here in Birmingham's New Oxford House. Our Michelin-starred chef, Adam Stokes, has been crafting contemporary British dishes since 2013, working with seasonal ingredients that arrive fresh each morning from carefully selected suppliers across the country. The ground-floor dining room feels like stepping into someone's well-appointed home - soft greys and creams on the walls, warm lighting that makes everyone look good, and tables spaced far enough apart for private conversation. We've hosted everything from anniversary dinners where couples barely notice anyone else exists, to corporate meetings where deals get sealed over our six-course tasting menu. Downstairs, our semi-private area puts you right next to the action. Through the glass, you can watch Adam and his team plating each dish with the kind of precision that earned us our Michelin recognition. The Chef's Table down here seats small groups together, or we can arrange it exclusively for larger parties who want to feel like they have the whole kitchen working just for them. Our menus change with what's best right now - maybe wild garlic in spring or game in autumn. You can go à la carte if you know what you want, try our three-course set menu for a taste of everything, or commit to the full tasting experience. Each dish showcases natural flavors through techniques Adam has refined over years in professional kitchens.
