We fire up our robata grill every morning at Bondi Green, sending the smell of charcoal drifting across the Grand Union Canal in Paddington. Our 18-meter marble bar stretches along one side of the restaurant, where bartenders shake up seasonal cocktails and pour from our 120-bin wine collection focused on cool-climate Australian producers. The space itself combines industrial elements with Art Deco touches - exposed beams meet curved lines, while plants cascade from the ceiling and our commissioned artworks add splashes of color throughout. Our byfolding windows open completely onto the heated terrace, where guests can watch narrowboats cruise past while they eat. In winter, we keep the heaters on so the canal views don't stop. For parties, we can seat 100 guests comfortably or accommodate up to 250 standing. The wood-fired pizza oven stays hot all evening, churning out pizzas alongside dishes from our robata grill - everything from grilled fish to flame-licked meats. Our kitchen also prepares small plates designed for sharing, plus we serve our full brunch menu earlier in the day. We've hosted everything here - wedding receptions where guests spilled onto the terrace for speeches, brand launches that used our entire space, business meetings in semi-private sections, and birthday parties that went late into the night. Our events team creates custom packages depending on what you need, whether that's canapés and cocktails or a full sit-down dinner. The canal path brings a constant stream of joggers and dog walkers past our windows, while Paddington station sits just a short walk away.
