Our doors open at 2 St Katharine's Way, where the boats of St Katharine Docks marina bob gently outside your window. We've spent 20 years perfecting our Latin American menu under Chef Tomasz Baranski's direction, and the exposed brick walls have heard countless celebrations echo through our dining room. The space wraps you in deep greens and warm tan browns - we designed it to feel like stepping into a friend's home, if that friend happened to serve exceptional ceviches and had a terrace overlooking the water. Our kitchen sends out plates of sea bass with green mango, Lamb Barbacoa meant for sharing, and Iberico Pork Carnitas that disappear quickly from tables. The Spicy Chocolate Doughnuts and Chocolate Habanero Tart round out meals with just enough heat to keep conversations lively. We pour tequila and mezcal cocktails that our bartenders have refined over two decades, alongside organic and biodynamic wines from Latin regions. The whole space holds up to 80 guests when you take it over completely - we've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to company celebrations here. Groups particularly love how the terrace opens up during summer months, letting the marina breeze mix with the sounds of clinking glasses. Our fusion of Mexican, Peruvian, and Spanish flavors creates an atmosphere where business dinners turn into long evenings and birthday parties stretch past midnight. The Tower of London stands nearby, but inside Chayote, you're transported somewhere warmer. We handle the details of group bookings and private events, making sure the tacos keep coming and the mezcal keeps flowing while you focus on your guests.
