At City Halls, we've been hosting meetings and events in our historic performance spaces since before Glasgow was even thinking about modern conference centers. Our Grand Hall has welcomed everyone from BB King to Johnny Cash over the years, and while you might not need a 1,066-seat auditorium for your board meeting, we have other spaces that work brilliantly for corporate gatherings. Our Recital Room comfortably fits 100 people and provides an intimate setting that's perfect for presentations or workshops. The acoustics that make it ideal for chamber music also mean every word of your speaker carries beautifully to the back row. For larger conferences or trade events, our Old Fruitmarket offers incredible flexibility with space for 1,000 to 2,000 attendees. The original market hall architecture creates an atmosphere you won't find in a standard hotel meeting room. Being home to the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and the Scottish Music Centre means our technical capabilities are second to none. We're set up for professional presentations, live streaming, and hybrid events. Our team handles everything from simple microphone setups to full multimedia productions. We're right in the Merchant City, so your attendees can easily reach us by public transport, and there's plenty of parking nearby. Throughout the building, we offer free Wi-Fi, accessible facilities including lift access to all floors, and baby changing areas. Our spaces work equally well for corporate conferences, product launches, AGMs, or gala dinners.
