We specialise in cuisine from southwest France, where Chef-Patron Pascal Aussignac draws his inspiration. We don't charge a hire fee - we simply work with you to agree on a minimum spend that suits your event. Many hosts start their evening in Le Bar, our adjacent space perfect for welcome drinks before dinner. Our seasonal tasting menus showcase the best of what we do, though we also offer à la carte options for those who prefer to choose their own culinary adventure. The wine list is particularly close to our hearts - we've sourced both celebrated bottles and lesser-known treasures from the Gascon region to complement your meal.
