About Cotton Court Meeting Rooms
Our 19th-century iron and wire mill has been bringing Preston's business community together since we transformed it into Cotton Court Meeting Rooms. The exposed brick walls and original mill features create a workspace that feels both grounded in history and equipped for today's needs. We've designed our meeting spaces to work for every type of gathering. Our smallest rooms comfortably seat 2 people for those confidential discussions, while our largest conference suite accommodates over 100 delegates. The brand new meeting space in the University Quarter handles up to 20 people perfectly, with its own private breakout area and kitchen facilities. Natural light pours through the original mill windows throughout the building, and we've installed air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable year-round. Every room comes ready with large 4K screens, PA systems, and webcams for hybrid meetings. We know not all meetings happen during office hours, so we offer 24-hour access to certain spaces. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple video calls without breaking a sweat, and we've set up live streaming capabilities for when you need to broadcast to a wider audience. Food and drink? We work with local suppliers to provide catering that actually tastes good - from working breakfasts to full conference lunches. If you'd rather sort your own food, you're surrounded by cafes, restaurants and takeaways just steps away in the University Quarter. Bring your own lunch if you prefer - we don't charge extra for that. Our events team handles the technical setup and any troubleshooting, so you can focus on your meeting content. We're open seven days a week, including evenings, for conferences, training sessions, workshops and corporate events. Free parking is available on-site when spaces are free, right here at 8 Adelphi Street in Preston City Centre.
