We're tucked into Sheffield's Kelham Island on Mowbray Street, where the creative energy of the neighborhood flows right through our doors. Local designer Ollie Allen—who won BBC Young Carpenter of the Year in 2018—shaped every corner of this building, from the ground floor coworking areas to the private offices above. Studio 1 houses six dedicated desks, while Studio 2 accommodates ten. We've built each space to be completely self-contained, so you get your own kitchen, breakout area, and chill-out space without sharing with the entire building. Your desk is yours alone—no hot-desking means you can leave your monitor, plants, and coffee mug exactly where you want them. The practicalities matter here. Free parking sits right outside, showers are available for those who cycle or run to work, and we keep the building accessible 24/7 because creativity doesn't stick to office hours. Our bike storage keeps your wheels secure, and yes, your dog can join you at your desk. Super-fast internet runs throughout the building, and we handle all the bills, rates, cleaning, and maintenance in one straightforward monthly payment. Studios 3 and 4 on the upper floors offer longer-term private office arrangements, while our ground and first floor coworking spaces run on rolling monthly contracts. Freelancers pay £150 monthly for coworking access, while private offices start at £900. The ten-minute walk to Sheffield city centre and fifteen minutes to the train station means you're connected but away from the bustle. We built this space for people who need flexibility without fuss—whether you're launching a startup, running a small team, or freelancing full-time.
