We've been part of Netil House since this former 1960s office building transformed into East London's most distinctive creative workspace back in 2009. Our offices sit within this Westgate Street landmark, where over 1,000 creative businesses now call home - from fashion designers and photographers to musicians and digital agencies. Working here means you're joining a proper creative community. We offer everything from private studios and dedicated offices to shared workspaces and workshop areas. Each space comes with our Front of House team who handle your post and greet your visitors, plus you get round-the-clock access to work whenever inspiration strikes. Our meeting rooms are bookable when you need them, and the communal kitchens on each floor become natural spots for those impromptu conversations that often lead to collaborations. The building itself has become something of a Hackney institution. Head up to Netil360, our rooftop bar, for after-work drinks with panoramic views across London. NT's Loft downstairs hosts live music and serves excellent coffee during the day, while Bambi restaurant has become a neighborhood favorite. We even have free rooftop saunas - yes, really - which our tenants love after long days at the desk. Step outside and you're in the heart of Netil Market, where independent shops and some of London's best street food vendors set up shop.
