We're based right on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow's city centre, directly across from the Savoy Centre, which means you can hop off at any of the nearby train stations, bus stops, or subway stations and walk to us in minutes. Our space started life as a photographer's studio back in the early 1900s, and we've kept that artistic heritage alive while bringing everything up to modern standards. The Rennie Mackintosh influences in the architecture create an atmosphere that gets people thinking differently - something we notice every time groups meet here. We've fully refurbished the loft while preserving those original features that make the room special. For your meetings, we've installed a complete audio-visual system with an induction loop for accessibility. The room works brilliantly for theatre-style presentations with up to 50 people, but we regularly reconfigure the layout for smaller workshops, board meetings, or training sessions. The flexibility means whether you're running a strategic planning day for 12 or a member briefing for 40, the space adapts to what you need. As EVH's dedicated meeting space, Betty's Room is available exclusively to our members.
