We run FH3 Blank Canvas Warehouse from the top floor of Fitzroy House, where 5,400 square feet of industrial space opens up to some of the best views you'll find in East London. Those floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the venue? They pull in natural light all day long, making the jet black finish of our walls and floors really pop - proper East London warehouse character without feeling dark or closed in. The space itself measures 29m x 11m, giving you plenty of room to work with. We've kept it deliberately minimal so you can transform it however you need. Brand launches, private parties, workshops, pop-ups - we've seen it all work brilliantly here. The industrial features aren't just for show either; our 64amp power supply can handle pretty much any technical setup you throw at it, and we've got all the audio-visual tech ready to go. Behind the main space, you'll find our separate kitchen area - handy for catering prep or just keeping things tidy during events. We've also got breakout rooms that work as storage, green rooms, or production offices depending on what you need. Private toilets both inside and out mean your guests won't be queuing, and everyone comes through their own dedicated entrance. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're just a few minutes' walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations. We can host up to 300 people for standing events, or if you need more space, we can open up to Dalston Roofpark next door and accommodate 550. Our venue manager stays on-site during events, and we work with some excellent food and drink suppliers if you need catering sorted. The whole building has lift access too, so loading in equipment or ensuring accessibility is never an issue.
