This 5,400 square foot space on the top floor of Fitzroy House gives you the raw industrial character of East London with views that stretch across the cityscape. The warehouse runs 29 metres by 11 metres, with those signature exposed beams overhead and panoramic windows wrapping around the space. We've kept the design deliberately minimal, letting the architecture speak for itself while giving you complete freedom to transform it. We can accommodate 300 guests for standing receptions, with the option to expand into Dalston Roofpark next door if you need space for up to 550. Private toilets inside and out keep things flowing smoothly, and the entire building has lift access for easy load-ins. Just minutes from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, getting here is straightforward for everyone.
