About Fora - Waterloo Scott House
Right next to platforms 23 and 24 at Waterloo Station, you'll find our grand stone entrance with its distinctive carved face - that's Fora Scott House. We've taken over this dedicated office building and transformed it into something quite different from your typical station workspace. Our design team at Ben Adams Architects drew inspiration from traditional Japanese interiors, and we think they've created something special. The space feels calm despite being in one of London's busiest transport hubs - all clean lines, muted tones, and surprisingly generous natural light filtering through. Our members often tell us they forget they're actually inside a mainline station. We've got private offices ranging from 5 to 30 desks, plus coworking areas for those who prefer a more flexible setup. Our seven meeting rooms can accommodate groups up to 20 people, and they're available for external hire too. Each one comes fully equipped with the tech you'd expect - screens, conference phones, the works. The spacious lounge is where most of our members grab their morning coffee, while our private focus booths have become the go-to spots for important calls. What our customers particularly appreciate is the convenience. We're literally inside the station concourse - look for Exit 5 if you're coming for the first time. The fully stocked shower facilities mean you can cycle in or squeeze in a morning run. Between meetings, you're steps away from The Old Vic and National Theatre, and Lower Marsh Market offers everything from Vietnamese street food to proper British pies.
