Five distinct private spaces await you at Fortnum & Mason on 181 Piccadilly, each with its own character and purpose. We've been hosting meetings and celebrations here for decades, and our teams know exactly how to make your event run smoothly. The Drawing Room catches everyone's attention with its hand-painted silk wallpaper and custom furniture. We can seat 60 for dinner here, or fit 80 people for drinks and canapés. Business breakfasts happen here most mornings, then afternoon teas, followed by evening receptions. The Tasting Room sits tucked away in our Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon - we keep this one small and personal, with space for 14 seated or 18 standing. Perfect for board meetings or when you want our famous afternoon tea served privately. Our Boardroom features restored antique furniture and carefully chosen artwork. We accommodate 24 seated or 30 standing here, and the space works equally well for quarterly reviews or celebration dinners. Down in The Wine Bar, we create a different atmosphere entirely - up to 50 guests can gather for tastings and parties among our wine displays. The Food & Drink Studio serves double duty. During the day, our chefs run masterclasses for 24 participants. In the evenings, we transform it into a dining space, or open it up for 45 people at standing events. Every space comes with our in-house catering team who create menus specifically for your event. We handle weddings, corporate meetings, private dinners, and receptions regularly. Our kitchen adapts to dietary requirements, and our events team manages the logistics. After 300 years at this Piccadilly address, we've learned what works for both formal business gatherings and relaxed celebrations.
