We've transformed 16,000 square feet across the third and fourth floors of Barts House into a workspace that actually works for Brighton businesses. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach in the South Lanes, our members range from solo freelancers at hot desks to corporate teams filling offices for 70+ people. Our 26 private offices come in various sizes - we've matched everyone from two-person startups to entire departments. The five meeting rooms get plenty of use throughout the week, whether for client presentations, team brainstorming, or video calls with international partners. Everything runs on our 1Gb shared connection, so there's never that awkward moment of frozen screens during important calls. Members access the building 24/7 with their key cards - early birds arrive at 6am, night owls work past midnight.
