Our Conference Room at Grace House North East fills with natural light each morning, creating the perfect backdrop for productive meetings and training sessions. We've designed our spaces on Bardolph Drive in Sunderland to work exactly how you need them - whether that's a board meeting for 16 in our main conference space or a focused planning session for 8 in our dedicated Meeting Room. What makes us different is the variety of spaces we offer. Our Activity Room transforms to accommodate up to 25 people for workshops and larger corporate events, with flexible layouts that we can adjust based on your requirements. For something completely unique, we have our Virtual Reality Room and Sensory Room, each hosting up to 6 guests - these specialized spaces have become particularly popular for innovative team-building sessions and creative workshops. We understand that every meeting has different needs, which is why we offer smaller rooms perfect for one-on-one counseling sessions, confidential discussions, or intimate brainstorming meetings. You're welcome to bring your own catering to suit your preferences and budget, and we can arrange beverages whenever you need them. Booking with us is straightforward - reserve a room for just an hour or take it for the entire day. We keep our scheduling flexible because we know business doesn't always fit into neat time slots. Evening and weekend availability comes with adjusted rates, making it practical for training sessions that run outside standard hours.
