Our Grand Ballroom at the Montcalm sits right in the heart of Marble Arch, just a quick walk from the Underground station. We've hosted everything from 50-person corporate dinners to parties with 550 guests packed onto the dance floor, and the space transforms beautifully for each one. The first thing people notice when they walk in is the handcrafted wood paneling that runs along the walls - it gives the room real warmth despite its size. We can seat up to 350 for a formal dinner, though we've had larger cocktail receptions where guests mingle throughout the space. The pillarless design means everyone gets a clear view, whether you're watching a presentation or the father-daughter dance. Our staging is completely movable, so we configure the room differently depending on what you need. Last week we had a product launch with the stage at one end and theatre-style seating. The week before, we arranged round tables for a charity gala with the stage centered for the auction.
