Step through our cast-iron doors at Gusto Italian Liverpool and you'll find yourself in Edward Pavilion, right in the heart of Royal Albert Dock. We've made our home in this historic waterfront building, where original exposed brick walls and industrial pillars frame floor-to-ceiling windows that look straight out onto the dock. When the sun hits those waters in the evening, our dining room transforms into something quite special. Our kitchen team starts each morning hand-stretching sourdough for our pizzas, preparing fresh pasta, and selecting the day's seafood and meats from suppliers we've worked with for years. Everything comes from responsible sources - it's just how we do things. The Pizza Experience has become a real favorite with party groups; our chefs guide you through making your own pizza in our open kitchen, flour flying and laughs guaranteed. For weekend celebrations, our Italian-inspired Bottomless Brunch runs for two full courses with drinks flowing throughout - perfect for birthdays and hen parties. The private dining room upstairs overlooks the entire dock through panoramic windows and works brilliantly for more formal occasions or corporate events. During summer months, our terrace opens up to accommodate up to 100 guests, with the dock providing a natural backdrop for drinks receptions and larger celebrations. We've hosted everything from milestone birthdays to company parties out there. Being part of the Albert Dock means you're surrounded by galleries and museums, making pre-dinner activities easy to arrange. Our bar stays open late, mixing classic Italian cocktails alongside local favorites. The whole space flows naturally from intimate corners for smaller groups to open areas where bigger parties can spread out and really enjoy themselves.
