About Hope Street Hotel, Liverpool
Hope Street Hotel started as Liverpool's first boutique hotel, and we've grown to 149 modern bedrooms and suites while keeping our independent spirit. Our building showcases the original pink Cheshire brick, iron pillars, and pitch pine beams that tell the story of Liverpool's Georgian heritage. We've paired these historic features with bespoke cherry and walnut furniture, solid oak and birch floors, and our signature white palette - from crisp white walls to plump snowy bedding. Our nine event spaces work for everything from board meetings to wedding receptions. The fifth-floor rooms open onto huge terraces with spectacular views across the city, perfect for drinks receptions or summer parties. We're particularly proud of our private cinema - the only hotel cinema in Liverpool - which seats up to 60 guests for presentations, screenings, or something completely different. Each space adapts to your needs, whether you're planning a corporate conference, private dining experience, or celebrating your wedding day. Food plays a big part in what we do. The London Carriage Works serves modern British cuisine in our main restaurant, while 1931 focuses on pizza and pasta in a more relaxed setting. Both restaurants cater for private dining and events. In 2021, we opened our spa, adding an indoor swimming pool, outdoor courtyard vitality pool, Himalayan salt sauna, herbal sauna, aroma steam room, tepidarium, and peaceful relaxation areas. Hotel guests enjoy discounted access to all facilities. You'll find us on Hope Street, bookended by Liverpool's two cathedrals. The Philharmonic Hall sits across the road, the Everyman Theatre is our neighbor, and the city's best independent restaurants and pubs surround us. Liverpool Lime Street station is a short walk away, making us easily accessible for guests traveling by train.
