The glass-fronted meeting room at iCafe Merchant City sits just off Ingram Street, tucked behind our bustling café floor where Glasgow's creative professionals gather over triple-certified coffee. We've designed this private space for up to 12 people who need somewhere professional yet relaxed for their meetings, away from the main café buzz. Step through the door and you'll find our digital screen ready for presentations, a whiteboard for brainstorming, and we can bring in a flipchart if you need one. The room gets plenty of natural light from the street-facing windows, and we've arranged the seating so everyone can see each other properly around the table. Our team pops in regularly to check you have fresh coffee and water, and we can bring through anything from our halal-certified menu - from breakfast rolls to vegan wraps. We're right in the heart of Merchant City on Ingram Street, with the NCP car park directly opposite for anyone driving in. The meeting room is part of our two-floor café, so while you'll hear a gentle hum of café life, it creates a warm atmosphere rather than stark silence. Our regulars tell us they appreciate having a professional space that doesn't feel corporate - somewhere they can run workshops, host interviews, or gather their team without the stuffiness of traditional meeting venues. The room works brilliantly for everything from job interviews to focus groups, board meetings to creative brainstorms. We're open daily with extended hours, so you can book early morning sessions or afternoon workshops. Our Wi-Fi is fast and free throughout the building, and if you need to spread out during breaks, the main café has plenty of comfortable seating including our popular booth areas.
