About Kelvin Conference Centre & Wolfson Hall
The Kelvin Conference Centre & Wolfson Hall sits within the West of Scotland Science Park, about four miles from the University of Glasgow's main campus. We're a self-contained conference facility on the Garscube Campus, surrounded by green space that creates a focused atmosphere for meetings and training. Our main lecture theatre holds 148 people and comes equipped with a data projector, overhead projector, and full PA system. The theatre opens onto a bright foyer where natural light streams in through the windows - we find this space works particularly well for coffee breaks and networking between sessions. The catering team can set up anything from morning pastries to full lunch buffets here. For smaller groups, we have two seminar rooms that seat 20 and 8 people respectively. Over in Wolfson Hall, you'll find four more meeting rooms that work for groups between 12 and 35 attendees. Each room has the standard presentation equipment you'd expect, and we can adjust the layouts depending on whether you're running a workshop, board meeting, or training session. Our on-site catering team prepares everything fresh, from simple sandwich lunches to more elaborate menus if you're hosting something special. We work with you to plan what suits your event and budget. If anyone wants to stretch their legs or clear their heads between sessions, the Garscube Sports Complex is right nearby. Some groups use the fitness facilities during longer conferences, while others just appreciate having the outdoor pitches and walking paths available during breaks. We regularly host conferences, corporate training days, academic seminars, and strategy meetings. The combination of our lecture theatre, breakout rooms, and catering facilities means we can handle most event formats, whether you're here for a morning workshop or a multi-day conference.
