Our Fraser Room provides a practical workspace where eight people can gather comfortably around the oval table for productive discussions. We've kept the decor purposefully simple, with neutral walls and plush carpeting that absorbs sound and makes longer sessions more comfortable. Track lighting overhead ensures your presentations remain clearly visible, whether you're sharing documents or running through slides. The room adapts to different needs with ease. We can arrange it boardroom-style for eight people when you need everyone around the table, shift to classroom layout for six participants during training sessions, or open it up theatre-style to accommodate twelve attendees for presentations. Some groups even use the banquet configuration for working lunches or informal team gatherings. Being part of our wider conference facility means you have access to everything else we offer. Our catering team can deliver refreshments directly to the room, from simple coffee and biscuits to working lunches.
