Walking through the restored doors of KOKO, you're stepping into 50,000 square feet of Camden history where Madonna once performed and Charles Dickens once stood. We've spent years bringing this Grade II listed theatre back to life, keeping every bit of its character while adding the technology today's events demand. Our main auditorium holds 1,500 people standing, with private balconies that give your guests those perfect sightlines to the stage. The two mezzanine levels create different zones throughout the night - we find parties naturally flow between spaces as the evening progresses. Up in our secret club, we've installed a full DJ setup and bar where afterparties often run until the early hours. Four floors mean we can handle multiple aspects of your event simultaneously. Corporate clients use our mezzanines for networking while the main floor hosts presentations. Fashion shows love the dramatic staging possibilities, and private parties take advantage of all six bars to keep guests moving and mingling. Our rooftop terrace adds another dimension, especially for summer events when people want to step outside between sets. Our production team handles everything from lighting design to sound engineering - they've worked with everyone from emerging artists to global brands. The in-house catering comes from Café KOKO, our Italian restaurant on the ground floor, where we also serve cocktails and host live music on quieter nights. We're right by Camden Town tube station, which makes life easier for your guests. The venue has wheelchair access throughout, hearing loop systems, and our team assists anyone who needs extra help navigating the space.
