The grand Victorian stonework of Leonardo Hotel Cardiff catches your eye the moment you approach our building in the heart of the city centre. We've been welcoming business groups and wedding parties through these historic doors for years, and our nine function rooms have seen everything from intimate board meetings to 250-person conferences. Our two showpiece venues, the Whitehall and Princes Suites, can each host up to 250 guests. These rooms work brilliantly for large-scale conferences and symposiums, but we've also transformed them into magical wedding reception spaces. The original Victorian details - think ornate stained glass ceilings and period chandeliers - create an atmosphere you won't find in modern conference centres. Every meeting room comes with the essentials already in place: air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable, LCD projectors for presentations, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Our events team handles the logistics, from setting up your preferred room layout to coordinating coffee breaks and lunch service. We offer complete delegate packages that bundle together room hire, AV equipment, unlimited tea and coffee, and your choice of catering. For weddings, we have four distinct suites that each bring their own character. Our wedding coordinators work with couples to create all-inclusive packages that match their vision, whether that's an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration. With 142 bedrooms upstairs, your out-of-town delegates or wedding guests can simply take the lift to their rooms. Our bar and restaurant mean nobody needs to venture out unless they want to explore Cardiff - and with Queen Street station just a short walk away, the whole city is easily accessible. We also have 55 parking spaces, which our regular clients tell us makes a real difference in the city centre.
