We took over this old Hackney Road building and turned it into something special - 437 Hackney Road to be exact, where 195 rooms now buzz with life. Each one comes with a proper king-size bed (because who doesn't need the space?), speedy Wi-Fi that actually works, and 49" Samsung TVs mounted on the walls. Our restaurant, Mama's French Kitchen, fills the ground floor with the smell of fresh bread and whatever seasonal ingredients our chefs found at the market that morning. We cook French food but source everything locally - it's our way of bringing a bit of France to East London. The dining room stretches out with long communal tables where strangers become friends over shared plates. Two Japanese-style karaoke rooms hide behind soundproof doors for when your team needs to blow off steam after meetings. Speaking of which, we've got two proper Ateliers upstairs - big, bright spaces with all the tech hookups you need for workshops or presentations. The lobby downstairs works just as well for informal gatherings, with plenty of corners for breakout sessions. Our private dining room seats groups who want their own space for celebrations or business dinners. The fitness center stays open early and late for those who like to squeeze in a workout between meetings. Throughout the building, you'll spot macrame hangings, velour seating, and that massive fireplace in the lobby - we wanted it to feel like someone's oversized living room, not another corporate venue. The Garden Bar's retractable glass ceiling means drinks happen rain or shine. We host everything here - product launches in the Ateliers, birthday parties taking over the karaoke rooms, company away-days spread across multiple spaces. Whatever you're planning, we've probably hosted something similar before.
