Three floors, one vision—that's Maya in a nutshell. We took this old Manchester warehouse and gave it new life, keeping the bones that make it interesting while adding everything modern diners expect. Gabe Lea runs our kitchen, turning out dishes that change with the seasons because, frankly, who wants to eat the same thing year-round? Each floor has its own personality. Street level buzzes like a proper brasserie should. Head up for something more intimate. By the time you reach our top floor, you're in full party mode with the DJ booth fired up. The transformation feels natural, not forced—dinner slides into drinks, drinks into dancing, all without that awkward "where shall we go next?" conversation. We're practically on top of Piccadilly Station, which makes life easier for everyone. Our events team knows their stuff, whether you're booking a birthday dinner or taking over the whole place for a company do.
