Our penthouse occupies the entire top floor of 38 Southwark Street, where 45 meters of floor-to-ceiling windows frame some of London's most recognizable landmarks. From up here, your meeting attendees can see The Shard rising above Borough Market, Tate Modern stretching along the river, and the London Eye slowly turning in the distance. We've kept the industrial character of the building with exposed concrete walls and solid stone flooring, but warmed the space with carefully chosen vintage furniture and plants throughout. The 263 square meters gives you flexibility - we regularly configure the room for 60 people theatre-style, 50 for banquet seating, or 45 in cabaret layout. Natural light floods the space throughout the day, changing the atmosphere as the sun moves across London's skyline. Two substantial balconies wrap around the penthouse, giving your guests outdoor space to continue conversations or simply take in the nearly 360-degree views. We find these become natural breakout areas during longer meetings or workshops. The west side houses our fully equipped kitchen, perfect for catering breaks or working lunches, while facilities on the east side include accessible bathrooms. For presentations, we have a 75" TV screen mounted where everyone can see it clearly, plus flipcharts and whiteboards for brainstorming sessions. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles video conferences and multiple devices without issue. The private lift opens directly into our lobby, ensuring easy access for all attendees. Just three minutes' walk from London Bridge Station, we host everything from board meetings and training workshops to product launches and corporate exhibitions. The combination of professional amenities and this remarkable setting above one of London's most dynamic neighborhoods creates an environment where productive work happens naturally.
