We're about ten minutes from Bath's city center, which honestly gives us the best of both worlds—easy access without the parking headaches. The building itself has this wonderful character you just don't find anymore, with original features we've carefully preserved while making sure everything actually works for modern events. Our main function room comfortably holds 80 people, though we often find smaller groups of 40-50 really enjoy the space without it feeling empty. The kitchen facilities are fully equipped if you're bringing your own caterers, or we can recommend some brilliant local ones we work with regularly. There's a decent bar area where guests naturally congregate, and yes, we've got all the tech stuff sorted—projector, sound system, proper WiFi that actually works. What people seem to love most is the flexibility; we've hosted everything from corporate away days to birthday parties, and each one feels completely different.
