From fifteen floors up at Mezemiso, we watch the Thames curve past Big Ben while our guests settle into what feels like their own private London observatory. Our rooftop restaurant at the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment has become the kind of place where Lebanese mezze meets Japanese precision, and somehow it all makes perfect sense against the backdrop of Parliament's Gothic spires. We designed our space with parties in mind - those floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the river weren't just for show. When you book Mezemiso for your celebration, you're getting 40 seats inside where metallic accents catch the evening light, plus another 10 spots at our bar where cocktails blend cardamom with yuzu, za'atar with sake. Our terrace adds 24 more seats, and yes, we serve shisha out there daily from 6pm until half past two in the morning. The kitchen sends out plates that tell two stories: proper Lebanese hummus and tabbouleh made the way our chef learned in Beirut, alongside black cod glazed in miso and rock prawn tempura that would hold its own in Tokyo. We've noticed our birthday parties tend to start with sharing platters and end with everyone on the terrace, city lights reflected in their glasses. Our DJs know when to let conversation flow and when to turn up the energy - Arabic nights bring a particular electricity to the room. Corporate groups appreciate our private lift access straight from street level, no wandering through hotel lobbies required.
