The customizable lighting means we can shift from bright and energetic for cocktail receptions to something more intimate when it's time to sit down for dinner. Executive Chef Dom and our kitchen team work exclusively with Scottish suppliers, which means your party menu might feature freshly landed fish that was swimming off the coast yesterday, or beef from farms we've been working with for years. Our Steak 'n Sausage Pie has become something of a legend among regular party bookers, and those Fish 'n Chips? They're proper Scottish style, with mushy peas and all.
