The original red-brick walls of our Victorian building tell the story of Nottingham's brewing past, and we've kept these architectural details while creating contemporary meeting spaces that actually work for today's businesses. Here at NBV Mercury House in the Shipstones Business Centre, we've converted the former brewery into meeting rooms that accommodate anywhere from 4 people for focused discussions up to 60 delegates for larger presentations and training sessions. Our meeting rooms come with everything already set up - the WiFi connects instantly, the screens are ready for your presentations, and we keep fresh water and glasses topped up throughout your session. The high ceilings and large windows from the building's Victorian era mean you get plenty of natural light, which we find helps keep everyone engaged during longer meetings. We're right off North Gate, so your attendees can hop off the tram and be here in minutes, or use our free onsite parking if they're driving. Beyond just meeting space, we offer virtual office packages that give businesses a professional Nottingham address with mail handling and call answering. Many of our regular meeting room users started with these services before growing into our serviced offices upstairs. We handle the practical details - from greeting your guests at reception to making sure the heating's just right - so you can focus on your agenda. The building works particularly well for training workshops and seminars where you need breakout space, as we can open up adjoining rooms or use our communal areas. Our business support team can also help with equipment setup or last-minute photocopying. Being part of the wider Shipstones Business Centre means there's always a buzz of activity, but our meeting rooms remain private and soundproofed for confidential discussions.
