Seven event spaces spread across different floors give us the flexibility to handle everything from 30-person board meetings to 1,500-guest celebrations at O2 Academy Edinburgh. The old Corn Exchange building on New Market Road has been our home since its transformation from Edinburgh's agricultural trading hub, and we've kept the original architectural features that make each room feel distinct. Our main hall accommodates up to 3,000 standing guests for concerts and festivals, while the smaller spaces work perfectly for corporate conferences, wedding receptions, and private celebrations. The Grade B listed building means high ceilings and period details throughout - delegates often comment on the natural light flooding through the original windows. Each space has its own entrance, so multiple events can run simultaneously without crossing paths. Beyond the meeting rooms and event halls, we've built in some unexpected extras. There's a ten-pin bowling centre downstairs where wedding parties often head after dinner, mini football pitches that conference groups book for team activities, and a sports bar that stays busy during evening events. Our location at 11 New Market Road, EH14 1RJ puts us close to Slateford train station, and we provide complimentary parking for all guests. Saltire Hospitality runs our kitchen, preparing everything from working lunches to three-course wedding banquets. Their team adapts menus based on your event - healthy options for day conferences, hot fork buffets for exhibitions, formal dining for gala evenings.
